Heaven's Heart the Rays and the Logos of old.
This is the idea to be a continuation of the Southern Bazi post.
I will present the idea of Rays as they are used in metaphysical systems all over the Earth and will try to explain why I think that the branches are the observable effect of the rays.
Now, Five Arts are very detailed and practical, would recommend always using the branches and then when comfortable with that can add other definitions to them. The Rays are not defined perfectly, in my view, there is another thing that could be used in combination with them(more on that later), but for start should always begin with Branches Images, as that is most accurate to how they unfold in the world around us.
The Rays are usually defined as evolutionary information coming from the Sun. Received from the Galactic Core(Hunab Ku). And received by Galactic Core by higher level of wholeness, that are not so important here now, yet someday we may go into.
That is like... Well, lets say we have a level of wholeness - a Country. In the country a new law is voted and now affects all small villages and cities. There is some medium that transmits that law. Lets say last century that may be the radio using radiowaves.
Then each village and city know the updated instructions of how to interact with the bigger wholeness(city) that it is part of.
Here we say that the Rays are the radiowaves. And the points that send and receive them(Government in big city/capital to the smaller representitive in the local city/village) would be the center of the Logos. While the Logos is the whole Domain, so the Country and the containing it city.
Logos is usually define as the consciousness that governs and aligns 'the field' where all this is happening in. So the part of the flow from the Sun to Earth we call the domain of a Solar Logos.
The path of the Galactic Core to the Sun we call Galactic Logos. Basically, its just another name for the fields we work with all over the Five Arts, but it also carry the connotation that that field have 2 more characteristics then some would expect.
1) Its awake/alive.
2) It receives evolutionary information in the form of 'Rays' from the level that encompasses it.
That works all around. The idea here is that Heaven's Heart in a house has to be left undisturbed, exactly because that is the spot that will receive the Flow of the Rays carrying information of how that house experiences will go. They come from the encompassing level, however as humanity hasn't setup systems to receive them very well, they will usually come directly from the Sun and the levels that step it down from the intensity it carries from there.
(called by different names, but always in the upper atmosphere).
So this may have sounded complex, but if we read it carefully its really simple. There is a flow that goes through the 'centers' of the different level of 'wholeness'. That carries information that synhronizes that levels together to the higher ones and that carries information how their evolution should unfold.
We call the flow - rays. As it could be divided in 12. Effect from that rays in the places they land in the Five Arts seems to be called 'branches'. They have 1 stronger ray/branch each day rotating in cycles. That is the reason for the clashes and all, but more on that later. Based on need they can also be send in a specific place, no matter the day or the year.
The domains that happen in we call 'Logos' if its as large as the Earth or larger.(as that is the first level that carries a soul).
If the domain is smaller then the Earth(country, village, house etc.) we call the domain Deva if large enough.
That is the theoretical idea in short. I will try to expand on it a little, so we can understand it better.
It may look intimidating at start. I hope we will see here that it isn't and each part of it explain something we need to understand the Rays and what is called 'Logos' and how it fits to the Heaven's Heart and to the branches.

Lets try to see what it shows. : )
In Mayan culture Hunab Ku means Galactic Core. Suggesting that on the top of the Image we have the Center, the Heaven's Heart, I am Presence(Chou Ox that is) or whatever we want to call it of the Galaxy.
In the middle we have Solar Circuit. That is the Sun.
At the lowest part we have the Earth.
That means we have 3 centers here. 3 level of wholeness connected in the Center by the Rays.
That is Galactic, Solar and Earth.
They are encompassing, meaning Solar System fuly encompasses the Earth while Galactic Core is the Center of the Galaxy and the Galaxy also Fully encompasses the Solar System.
That shows that each higher 'Logos'/'Domain' encompasses the previous level and 'steps down', softens the Rays that will be too intense if received directly.
The middle line, is called Kuxan Suum. That is the channel that the Rays flow from. That is translated as the 'umbilical cord of the universe'.
In that channel we can see dots and lines. That is their numbering system, here is how it looks:
Knowing this we can see the middle channel carring the rays carries numbers from 1 to 13. They have the Hexagrams in a circle around them. This is genetic information that is send through and with the Rays and the Hexagrams. And that is the 'package' the Sun is sending us each day, month and year.
And we can see 3 different planets on the Earth. As the structure of the brain.
Reptile Brain, Mammal Brain and Planet Mind.
This is divisions by how the brain looks. With the idea we perceive the world differently as well. Its kinda simplified, but seems to have validity. Even more so if Mayans used it, although in todays world there may be other divisions one would benefit from more.
There are the Mayan symbols for all of these.
The only thing left is the Galactic Circuit on the top. It brings forth the Mayan Calendar(on the both sites of it up there).
And that is the same idea, another level of wholeness passing down information through what we call 'the Channel' down to the Sun.
That is all I think. Its just a way of transmiting information through level of wholeness. It continues in the same way, far, far beyond the Galaxy and Hunab Ku, then goes beyond physical levels to beyond and yet continues the same structure for much more.
A perceptible reader here may ask 'but the branches are 12'?Why the numbers in the 'channel'/kuxan suum show 13?
That is the reason I haven't focused more strongly on the Mayan calendar, I think it was something they didn't really align. If they had more time maybe they could. But in their own definition Rays are divided like this:/
3+1 - first 3
7+1 - first 7
12+1 - all of them
+1 is the movement of the Rays through time. So its always after the numbers.
12 rays is defined as Static Perfection.
+1 is their movement through time.
The problem here is that the movement is not a Ray in the same way as the others. As their 'rotation' one by one each day is what creates the Ray +1. So the Ray +1 is the viewer looking at the other 12 and perceiving their change. If we add 1 seperate day for that movement(that is coming with each other movement) they misalign from the actual rays. And we know that now, as we work with the 12 branches, so we know nature received 12 right after 12.
Lets stop here. This is the essence of it, though. With this one can check any source from channeling, to metaphysical orders or other cultures - the Rays are in many places.
For understanding them better only thing I can recommend it 'Co-Creator University' - its small article by Janet McClure(channeling Vywamus).
The numbers are starting from Yin Tiger. So Ray 1(usually called Will) will have outside effect carrying Images of Yin Tiger when used on Earth.
