We will call this Initiations, as some others do, others have also called them Illuminations, Levels of Consciousness and other things. If one views that Earth , similar to a school, its offering specific experiences and understanding for the Souls that are born here. We can say that the main division of grades that are easy to see are 3. Similar to a school, the students in first, second and third grade learn entirely different material. They do come to the same building. They interact with the same people, teachers and other students, but what they are actually learning is vastly different. The idea here is that Initiations work in a very similar way for the overall Earth experience. In understanding physical existence there can be said are 12 major "grades" or points of view, one can view it from. 3 of them have been offered on Earth for a very long time.
